This is a pizza that deserves a crisp beer. The sweet squash and the salty bacon are accented with some onions and a piece of slightly charred crust. Zucca – This pizza is more of a flatbread that you might get at a fine dining restaurant.This pizza is still affordable and if you split this pie and have two beers you can still leave 800 Degrees with a tab that is under $25. It gets floppy in the center but that is fine if you like eating your pizza with a knife and a fork. Carni – They are doing their best to grab high-quality ingredients and the flavor comes through in the sausage, pepperoni, meatball, and ham pie.While the char could go a couple of seconds more the mozzarella and tomatoes deliver with a bright flavor that is so comfortable you’ll be challenged to not want to indulge in a second pie. Margherita- This classic alone is the best deal on the Las Vegas strip at under $8 for a full pizza pie.
